All JOZIO products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins before shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

JOZIO is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect contact information provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)
  • Relevant details regarding the issue

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter.


International Shipping

Currently, JOZIO ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
