At JOZIO, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom-produced, we follow the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product, size, or design was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference regarding color, fit, or design
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Provide a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos showing the issue
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible because products are made specifically for each customer.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
However, we will do our best to assist with tracking and support.
